Returns

RETURN POLICY : All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee unless item is damaged upon arrival and then a replacement will be provided. ( once item has been installed or used it can no longer be returned ) Restocking and return policy is not negotiable. If you have any questions on it please contact us before ordering. Customized or special order items are final sale.

Returns must be postmarked 30 days upon arrival of product. Shipping charges are non refundable.

Bulbs are not included with any piece unless stated in item description.

All lighting is rated for up to at least 250 Volts unless stated ( all light bulbs are only rated for 130 volts )

All components used are all UL listed however since these are all custom fixtures they are not UL as a whole fixture. For any questions regarding UL or CSA please contact me.

We suggest all lighting that needs to be hardwired to be installed by a licensed electrician.

All items on this website are one of a kind and are not sold anywhere else. We accept all major credit cards and paypal. If you would like us to email you an invoice because you have custom requests please contact us.

SHIPPING : Instock items ship within 2 business days of purchase. Custom orders and items not instock will take on average 5 – 10 business days to ship, we will contact you after ordering if this is the case.
( All Floor Lamps are pickup only at this point until we can arrange affordable freight shipping )

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If return is received damaged that item will not be refunded.
